Whether I work indoors or out I tend to paint in a fairly consistent manner. My brushes range from size 5, to sometimes size 12 and I always get them from Rosemary & Co.
I want to share my secret tips for making my watercolours:
On the right is my green plate where the colours range from Cadmium Lemon Yellow through the blues to Prussian Blue and Purple - I always mix yellows and blues to get all the greens I need.
I always use the best quality art materials including: Winsor & Newton Artist’s watercolours and Saunders Waterford watercolour paper. To wipe the brushes and keep their points straight and well-rounded I use Roy’s face towels which are the best material I know for watercolour brushes.
